Using LumaDue
Early preview conditions. The final legally binding terms, business operator identity, support contact, refund details and local consumer-rights disclosures must be approved before accepting paid public subscriptions.
Purpose
LumaDue helps you privately track payment requests and prepare polite follow-up communications. It is not a bank, payment processor, collection agency, escrow service or guarantee that another person will pay you.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making accurate entries, having a lawful basis to hold customer contact information, reviewing the content of any reminder before sharing it, and complying with local messaging, debt-collection, tax and invoicing requirements. Do not send threats, harassment, spam or unlawful payment demands.
Free and Premium
The free plan allows up to three active requests. The planned Premium plans cost US$4.99 monthly or US$39.99 annually, renewing until cancellation. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Customers will have access to subscription management and cancellation through Stripe's hosted billing portal once billing is activated. Premium is not charged during the preview unless an actual live checkout explicitly confirms the amount and terms.
Availability and records
The preview is provided for evaluation and may change. Users should keep independent copies of their financial records. The app does not validate that an invoice or payment demand is legitimate or that a customer has actually paid.
