Privacy at LumaDue
Early preview disclosure. This document describes the current product behavior. A final country-specific privacy notice, including the operator's legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and international transfer disclosures, must be approved before a paid public launch.
What is stored
Without signing in, payment requests, client names, amounts, dates and contact details are stored locally in the browser on your device. Your browser may delete this information. Export your data before switching devices or clearing browser storage.
When you create an account and sign in, payment requests and your account information are saved in our hosted application database. The account system uses login sessions. We collect only the details you enter and technical information required to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information to display your outstanding balances, let you update payment records, create messages that you can send yourself, and manage subscriptions. Messages are prepared in the app; we do not automatically send them to your clients.
We do not link to bank accounts or move money between you and your customers. When subscriptions become available, checkout is provided by Stripe and payment card information is collected by Stripe, not entered into our own database.
Sharing and international use
Your client details do not become public listings. When you choose to share a message through WhatsApp, your email app or SMS, that third-party service receives the message you decide to send, subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Application hosting and payment providers process data to provide their services. Cross-border data processing disclosures will be finalized before commercial release.
Your choices
You can edit or remove individual requests and export a CSV from your dashboard. You can sign out at any time. For complete account and data deletion and privacy requests, a verified support contact and secure account-deletion procedure will be provided before public subscriptions are activated.
Important preview notice
This application is still undergoing testing. Do not rely on it as your only financial record. Avoid entering highly sensitive identity numbers, full credit-card numbers, or bank credentials.
Last drafted: October 21, 2026. This is an operational preview, not final legal advice.
